Do you have a passion for inspiring and supporting young people into apprenticeships and STEM related careers? Are you creative, innovative and forward thinking? If so, we are currently recruiting for an Early Careers Advisor – Education Services at our site in Scotstoun, Glasgow.
Reporting to the Head of Early Careers & Skills, in this role you will have responsibility for the strategy development and solution design and implementation of our Education Services Programmes in the Naval Ships business unit.
In this key role you will lead on Education Services Programmes including school partnerships, Movement to Work, Kickstart and a portfolio of Work Experiences/industry insights. You will engage with young people, careers advisors, parents, teachers and a range of specialist organisations to ensure the attraction of a diverse and inclusive application base to Naval Ships work experience and apprenticeship programmes.

Salary: 37,000+
