PURPOSE :
Plans,implements and evaluates large-scale change efforts by partnering with clients in determining improved organizational strategies, business processes, organization structure, roles and responsibilities. Develops and implement organization strategies that support improved future-state organizational design and service delivery. Improves Organizational Performance by studying clarity of mission, strategy, objectives and priorities, division of work, accountabilities, and communication systems; studying staffing resources, job outcomes, succession plans, and career development; examining performance records; introducing new practices; defining and recommending policies and procedures; designing and facilitating individual, team and leadership development programs.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Assesses effectiveness of organization structure by studying clarity of mission, strategy, objectives and priorities, division of work, accountabilities, and communication systems.
Diagnoses organization performance problems by examining performance records; surveying and interviewing managers and employees regarding efficiency, effectiveness, morale, climate, and profitability.
Leads the implementation of large-scale human capital related projects across the enterprise.
Improves organization results by identifying potential projects; introducing new practices; presenting action plans; defining and recommending policies and procedures; designing and conducting team building and management training.
Prepares organization development information and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
Protects organization value by keeping information confidential; cautioning others regarding potential breaches.
Improves organization development consulting job knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
Contributes to organization development and organization success by welcoming related, different, and new requests; helping others accomplish job results.
Provides expertise in strategy development and execution, planning, and facilitation of employee relations efforts.
Qualifications .
Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
Education Details: I/O Psychology, Human Resources or related field
Experience: 8 years progressive workforce analysis, program design and delivery experience in a corporate environment.
multi-industry experience in a management consulting role.
In Lieu of Education
In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of advanced coaching methods, leadership coaching, and conflict resolution.,
Experience in group facilitation and training.,
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal,
Ability to overcome resistance to implement change.,
Ability to anticipate future trends and recommend solutions and process improvement plans.,

Advanced experience in designing and implementing talent review and succession planning initiatives to drive organizational effectiveness and talent management
