Description
The position will be responsible for the testing, adoption, and implementation of digital channels, including managing day-to-day partnerships. This individual will act as a project manager and implementation specialist upon innovation rollouts. The position will provide thought leadership on improving processes, revenue enhancement, and cost reductions as well as provide Leadership with fact-based test results and operator feedback to enable business decisions. A key area of focus will be around the execution of delivery business both owned and third party.
Implement off-premises strategy, which includes new sales channels and optimizing existing channels to drive more growth
Responsible for partnership and operations of partner relationships (Doordash, Uber Eats, Call Centers, etc.)
Leads partner reviews with leadership from both parties
Diagnose and evaluate off premise operation execution performance challenges related to delivery channel Defines path to resolution and coordinates
Coordinate and lead Off Premise performance improvement initiatives
Manage projects from ideation, proof of concept, testing and implementation
Assist our franchisees to execute system level off-premises initiatives
Work cross functionally to implement new off-premises sales channels such as pick up windows, and virtual brands, etc. This includes contributing to the business case to pursue the channel/innovation, helping to define the go-to-market strategy, and leading cross-functional teams to execute the vision
Partners with technology teams to manage platforms and integrations to support delivery and online ordering business.
Influence the Off Premise technology roadmap to explore biggest opportunities
Provide operational insight, recommendation, and direction for programs and initiatives that launch to the system improving efficiencies and sales
Able to independently identify project related risks & issues elevating and proposing solutions where necessary and driving to resolution
Create and present professional level updates as needed
Skills & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
3-5 years of implementation and partnership experience including a combination of the following:
Restaurant operations
Third party DSP implementation
Project management
Client-driven mindset including ability to work directly with cross-functional teams and franchise partners
Ability to effectively multi-task, managing multiple projects at different points in their lifecycles
Excellent communication skills: demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with business leaders at all levels
In-depth analytical skills and attention to detail
Proficient in planning and organizing – forward thinking to establish an efficient and appropriate course of action in a fast-paced environment
Ability to be flexible with change and help manage change
Experience working in a franchised environment preferred
