This role is responsible for providing the DMED Platform Distribution HR team with administrative support and assist with coordinating special projects. The DMED Platform Distribution HR team is comprised of HR Business partners supporting the global DMED Platform Distribution organization on all facets of HR. This position will reporting to the VP, Human Resources and provide administrative support for the team scheduling meetings and handling expense reports. In addition, this position will coordinate bodies of work across the team such as gathering learning nominations, consolidating headcount requests, and creating and updating power point decks.
Responsibilities:
Summarize job responsibilities, core deliverables and major duties. What is required for the position to exist?
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HRBP team, including scheduling meetings, processing expenses, managing travel arrangements, and ordering equipment and supplies.
Consolidate and track information from across the team including headcount requests, learning nominations, and spot awards
Assist the team in preparing for major meetings and trainings including creating and updating PowerPoint decks
Assist with other special projects as needed
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum and Preferred. Inclusive of Licenses/Certs (include functional experience as well as behavioral attributes and/or leadership capabilities)
Minimum of 2-3 years of project management/administrative support experience.
Excellent computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and ability to learn new software.
Ability to work with the highest degree of confidentiality – exercising discretion, judgment and diplomacy.
Highly collaborative with strong interpersonal and project management skills.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, make decisions and change course of action quickly.
Detail oriented with the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
Ability to anticipate needs, be proactive, resourceful and flexible.
Exceptional organizational and follow-thru skills with the ability to work on many projects simultaneously.
Team player with positive/easy-going manner to handle varied personalities, responsibilities and assignments.
