This position provides administrative support for the general needs of the Textiles Services and Client Services operation. They will support all purchasing and handle multiple priorities including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, proactively ensuring the team and office are organized and efficient, interacting with Cast Members at all levels as well as external partners, purchasing, record keeping, assisting in on/off-boarding / moves /separation of cast members, and ordering supplies.
