The Central Complex in Wealth Management is looking for a Lead Associate, Advisor Support Coordinator. This person will report into the Complex Ops Manager and will be responsible for supporting the DSF in the Deerfield office. Role will be performed in office, with flexibility as needed and travel required to other offices.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Direct DSF support for entire office: Business Processing Assistance, Paperclip.
District Support: Prep meetings, maintain new appointment folders, client communications, and recruiting support.
VP support: Calendar management, expenses, and client services.
Office seminar support: Manage seminar invites and RSVPs, coordinate with local venues, provide all compliance support and follow up needed.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
1 years of experience in business is preferred.
