What you’ll do:
Supervise and run PC and peripherals requests (Service-Level Agreement based workflow within Expedia’s web ordering system)
Resolve requests within an established Service Level Agreement and set/re-set customer expectations per corporate standards as needed
Provide expedited service if applicable, and arrange for shipment of hardware as needed across different sites in the region
Supervise and update asset ownership as needed, as well as assist, develop and continually improve processes
Ensure hardware has met security requirements, as well as partner with the asset management team on ordering of equipment for refresh efforts
Apply hardware roadmap for identification of assets to be retired, while submitting itemized recycle report asset management
Partner with local vendors to recycle retired hardware per Expedia standards, and work with the IT support team to wipe and prepare hardware for recycling
Who you are:
Intermediate understanding of Windows and MAC hardware
Intermediate proficiency in and knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ability to work with various multi-functional individuals and teams spanning different offices and regions
Ability to address problems analytically, independently, and with accurate communication management
Ability to balance multiple, simultaneous projects, problems or tasks while completing in an efficient manner
Ability to follow corporate policies, processes, and procedures
