Summary:
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion are key to Facebook’s success. The Tech Recruiting team is seeking a team-oriented and skilled diversity and inclusion practitioner with demonstrated ability to design, implement and execute programs as well as program manage work streams across multiple Tech organizations. This role will focus on building strong engagement between Recruiting and our business stakeholders in order to effectively hire underrepresented talent across the Tech organization. As a DEI Recruiting Business Partner, you will work closely with multiple cross-functional partners in developing comprehensive diversity strategies in conjunction with Business leaders and Recruiting Business Partners. We are seeking a candidate who is team-oriented and collaborative who also possesses a business partner mind-set and a passion for solving extremely difficult problems. The key to this role is the ability to move fast, be responsive, navigate ambiguity, and make an impact.
Required Skills:
Partner with Tech Recruiting Business Partners for strategic planning and alignment on DEI recruiting initiatives, while serving as single threaded owner across dynamic DEI recruiting ecosystem for respective Tech orgs
Work with DEI Recruiting Program Managers to understand pipeline narratives and gather diversity initiatives, programs and asks by pipeline
Develop strong partnerships with the varied Tech Diversity Business Partners and serve as a trusted advisor, leveraging comprehensive Tech DEI recruiting knowledge to contribute to org action plans and discussions
Work closely with central Business Engagement team to understand, contribute to and integrate overarching business engagement strategies for client groups
Maintain close partnership with cross functional colleagues and stakeholders across the Recruiting org (i.e. Referrals, employer branding, events, etc.) to align on shared initiatives for the business
Effectively leverage diversity recruiting data to propose new and innovative solutions, track program key performance indicators and insights. Identify trends, drive recommendations, ensure projects and programs align to company Diversity, Equity & Inclusion priorities and key research
Prepare and deliver executive-level reporting on key metrics and project status and share updates regularly with Tech recruiting leadership and business executives
Lead and track diversity recruiting projects across business task forces, Central DEI team and HR/Legal/Recruiting/People Analytics functions
Appropriately manage risk, taking into account candidate, employee, business and company perspectives
Minimum Qualifications:
10+ years experience in recruitment, HR, operations, and/or project management
3+ years of demonstrated Diversity & Inclusion experience
2+ years of experience translating diversity data and insights into operational plans of action
Experience influencing cross-functional teams and driving a program/project against KPIs through to completion
Experience partnering with senior leaders of management up to VP level
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in recruitment of underrepresented talent
Flexibility to handle multiple tasks concurrently with acute attention to detail and deliver high quality work
Experience in fast-paced work environment and demonstrated agility during changes in priorities
Experience building out programming/projects in an organization where scaling for growth has been a feature
