Play an integral part in the continued transformation of one of the leading Financial Service Institutions in the Southeast!
The Transformation Consultant position will support the Bank’s growing transformation team in designing and executing company-wide transformation efforts. The successful candidate will work on identifying and analyzing transformation opportunities for the bank, supporting the successful execution of these initiatives, and developing C-suite and Board level updates on major corporate initiatives. Examples of initiatives may include redesigning bank processes to drive efficiency and quality improvements, helping to stand up a new business vertical, or supporting Merger and Acquisition activities.
Ideally, successful candidate would be in the Miami / Coral Gables area, but remote candidates will also be considered
Responsibilities
Analyze the impact of transformation initiatives and prioritize based on impact and strategic fit
Support the execution of transformation initiatives, working with senior stakeholders to assess issues and recommend solutions
Support the creation and delivery of clear and compelling presentations to Senior Executives, including The Board
Work with partners across the Bank and within the financial services industry to create awareness and education opportunities related to business transformation and emerging technology in banking.
Perform ad hoc analysis and research
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 2-3 years of related experience preferred (e.g., Strategy / Consulting / Banking), ideally with a top-tier institution
Strong analytical capabilities and critical thinking are a must
Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to hold discussions with more Senior Executives
Highly competent with Microsoft Office toolset, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
General interest in the banking industry / strategy / process improvement / customer experience
Positive, can-do attitude and respectful team player
Ability to travel as needed for relevant meetings
