The Opportunity:
Work at the highest systems level to provide expert advice and counsel to user management and project teams for systems of the most complex nature. Recognized as technical expert within the organization in system design and analysis. Responsible for presenting a broad range of software solutions e.g., Human Capital Management (HCM), Supply Management/Vendor Management Solutions (VMS) and Contingency Workforce Planning (CW) to prospects and customers while handling all technical objections in the sales cycle.
Responsibilities:
• Design, build and prepare customized demonstrations that showcase software solutions capabilities and features to customers as part of the sales cycle.
• Demonstrate the most valuable features/attributes for the software solutions, building in new or upcoming features that may enhance the value proposition.
• Present at marketing events to demonstrate the features of the software solution.
• Create impactful relationships with customers and become their trusted advisor
• Provide the client with guidance and support to implement the software after its purchase.
• Test the performance of the installed system and fix bugs.
• Provide post-installation follow up to address any see more issues in greater detail.
• Work with the extended sales team to develop a differentiated solution, demonstrate this to the customer and address any questions, concerns, or objections they may have.
• Enhance complex existing and new software by analyzing and identifying areas for modification and improvement.
• Modify existing or new software to meet customer requirements. Address any questions and concerns they may have related to Human Capital Management (HCM), Supply Chain Management/ Vendor Management Solutions (VMS) and Contingency Workforce Planning (CW).
• Review non-standard application requests, evaluates risk/reward factors, recommend go/no go, and provides engineering solutions, and designs
Qualifications:
• University Degree in Engineering or Computer Science preferred
• 5-7 years of experience in technical sales, product demonstrations, customer relationship management
• Previous experience with business to business (B2B) sales
• Communication skills must be excellent and will include onsite presentations, written proposal preparation, and effective email, phone, and face-to-face communications
• Knowledge of non-employee workforce solutions
• Previous experience with Pre-sales Solution Demonstrations and Proof of Concept implementation
• Ability to apply technology or other related principles to product sales
• Experience with Salesforce sales/experience cloud is preferred
• Excellent MS Office skills
