We have a collaborative culture focused on positive outcomes, opportunities for professional growth, patient satisfaction, and so much more!As our new Critical Care Nurse at Southern Regional Medical Center, you will provide complex and challenging care to our most critical patients in the ICU, Telemetry Unit, Emergency Department, or Med/Surg Unit. You will have the excitement of working in a fast-paced environment that will utilize your quick critical thinking and problem solving skills. If you are patient-centered with a willingness to uphold patient safety and patient satisfaction, and looking for an opportunity to move up in acuity, then we are serious about helping you enhance your skillset! Southern Regional is looking for an RN with a knack for compassion, specialized knowledge on how to provide life-saving, intensive care in order to de-escalate the patient’s health need. To be successful, you will have to communicate with our physicians about changes in the patient’s clinical condition including hemodynamic monitoring, results of diagnostic studies and abnormal results, and symptomatology.
