The Recruitment Sourcing Specialist will work with our team of Talent Acquisition Partners to help secure the necessary clinical and support staff required to support the needs of our clinic sites. This role will work closely with leadership to increase the candidate pool across diverse markets. The principle responsibility of this position will be to make contact with potential employees, understanding their desire to explore new opportunities, and communicating this to the appropriate Talent Acquisition Partner and data entry.
Source new team members utilizing a variety of venues to include: internet, social media, career fairs, list services, graduate schools or agencies
The Sourcing Specialist will utilize a variety of sourcing methods including:
Networking
Professional associations
Social media and online search tools
E-mail campaigns
Job postings
Referral programs
Cold calling
Researching other innovative sourcing techniques
Create compelling, professional and attractive outreach correspondence in order to persuade candidates to apply
Collaborate with Recruiting Team to optimize process flow
Develop and maintain documentation for process flow related to sourcing function
All other duties as assigned
