Leading CPA firm is looking for an individual to join our administrative team as an Administrative Assistant in our Tax Department. In this position, you will provide administrative support to the Tax team. Duties include assembly of tax return packages, e-file processing and engagement letters. This position requires the ability to work with minimal oversight.
Responsibilities:

Assemble tax return packages, including e-filings via hard copy and/or electronic methods.
Manage, organize and update relevant data using database applications.
Tax return due date tracking.
Process and mail year-end tax documents to clients, including engagement letters, and tax organizers.
Perform general clerical duties to include, but not limited to, copying, mailing, scanning and filing.
Use advanced level word processing support for correspondence and other documents.
Provide backup for reception desk as needed.
Other projects as assigned.
Qualifications:

0 -5 years of administrative experience, preferably in a professional services environment.
Advanced Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills as well as written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail.
Ability to communicate effectively at every level of the organization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00 – $35.00 per hour
