Job Description

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate with a variety of internal and external resources to identify pricing, material availability and related cost

• Set up jobs according to standard practices.

• Assist in managing accounts, material, logistics, contracts, and operations of awarded contracts

• Attend meetings in association with projects, administration, and operations

• Assist in managing change orders, RFI, and general project documentation

• Assist project manager to ensure closeout documentation is complete for each project

• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with customers, co-workers, contractors and the general public

• Promote safety, teamwork, and cooperation

• Acquire the required permits and authorizations for projects

• Visit job site as necessary

Required Skills/Abilities

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to read, understand and interpret all plans, specifications, schematics and other project documents

• Professional appearance always

• Know and understand local and state codes

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

• Valid driver’s license

Education and Experience

• Associates degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Business, or Accounting

• Autobid Mechanical, Autobid Sheet Metal, or ESTMEP Software experience

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

• Must be able to lift, up to 50lbs at times
