• Provide assistance and support to the international department as well as on-campus and incoming international students
• International department administrative support and administrative support for the Indigenous Coordinator
• Provide support for the Student Services department and involves liaising with internal and external department as required

• One year post-secondary certificate in a related field, diploma is preferred
• One year correlating experience
• Preference with working knowledge of PeopleSoft
• Preference to having experience as an international student
• Must be customer focused
• Strong organizational, multitask and time management skills
• Strong computer software skills (excel, word, PowerPoint, web design upkeep etc.)
• Strong problem solving skills in an environment with unforeseen events and challenges

This is a Full-time Permanent appointment on the Vermilion campus commencing as soon as possible. The current salary range is $41,012 – $51,685 per annum and includes a generous benefit package and pension plan.
