Lancaster Medical School is seeking an experienced administrator to join an existing administrative team. You will provide high-level administrative support for medical admissions, coordinating a wide range of admissions activities with particular responsibility for recruitment and marketing.
Excellent administrative and organisational skills and experience of using Microsoft Office packages at an advanced level are essential, as is the ability to work flexibly as part of a rapidly expanding department. You must possess a calm, flexible adaptable approach with a keen eye for detail. Ideally, you will have previous relevant administrative experience in a higher education or NHS background.
A proven team player and confident communicator, you will be committed to integrating into a busy and highly pressured office environment, working closely with a wide range of colleagues. You will possess excellent organisational and communication skills and the ability to prioritise a demanding and varied workload.
