OVERVIEW
The Human Resources (HR) Coordinator is a full-time, exempt position based at our State College headquarters. The HR Coordinator will support a wide variety of HR functions and serve as the first point of contact for HR inquires. The role will support all HR functions including but not limited to, leading new hire onboarding and orientation, involvement in benefits administration, training, performance management, compliance, recruitment, and general administrative support. This position requires attention to detail and a team-oriented, professional committed to leading self and success by embracing and living our core values of Persistence, Integrity, Trust, Accountability and Prudence.
