YOUR MISSION
- Ship and receive domestic and international packages, via FedEx or other common carrier
- Deliver product to building areas and employees
- Process all outgoing USPS mail and packaging
- Distribute USPS mail to employees’ mailboxes
- Maintain shipping and receiving logs
- Use best practices when choosing method of shipping
- Stay up to date on US Customs and Homeland Security policies and procedures
- Maintain a proper stock of shipping materials
- Knowledge of domestic freight carriers and their regulations for large palatized shipments
- Assist with outside vendors who will load in and out for shows and launches
- General assistance to business units as needed and requested
YOUR TALENT
- High school diploma
- Familiar with FedEx shipping programs
- Familiar with US Postal rules and regulations
- Knowledge of international shipping and customs rules and regulations
- Hazardous material shipping certification a plus
- Strong Organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office programs
- Excellent Verbal and Written skills
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
