On an average week, the Operations Leader will lead people operations by setting and monitoring KPIs while staying aware of personnel needs such as hiring and onboarding top talent. They will also execute proven business strategies to build and implement efficient processes, identifying and tracking key metrics along the way. The Operations Leader will identify opportunities to streamline, reengineer, simplify and improve processes through strategic team management.

Responsibilities:
Team
Quarterback our team by providing operational accountability to the strategic vision
Get to know our team on an individual basis and develop an understanding of the importance of each role in order to set KPIs and make effective personnel decisions
Implement personal development plans for each team member that shows a clear opportunity for growth
Process Improvement:
Chart the path to efficient growth with a vision of the future that allows intelligent resource allocation and timely hiring and firing decisions
Make things repeatable and scalable
Evaluate the current needs for processes and existing SOP’s
Document and define processes
Administrative:
Oversee the administrative functions of the business and ensure that all team members have the tools to be rockstars in their role
Oversee financial KPIs and maintain profit and loss
Identify gaps in administrative support and make recommendations that will take our team to a new level
Must Have:
