Under the strategic direction of Corporate HR, develop, implement and align HR practices across six (6) North America Distribution Centers and manage the success of people programs across the employment lifecycle including talent acquisition, onboarding, talent management, compensation, training, and career development. This position is based in Romeoville, IL. n

nWhat you’ll be doing: n
n
n
+ Develop and drive the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives that align with business priorities and goals to positively impact the engagement, development, and retention of talent.
n
+ Evaluate recruitment strategies and develop creative, responsive staffing processes to meet the demanding, ongoing needs of the North America Distribution Centers.
n
+ Provide expertise in talent acquisition, organizational design, performance management, succession planning, business consulting, compensation, employee engagement, coaching, learning & development, data analysis, and employee relations; including continuing to drive HR transformation across the HR Field operations.
n
+ Lead HR programs and policies through partnering with business leaders while managing the tactical implementation through HR managers. Educates business leaders on HR policies and processes, including talent planning, learning and development, compensation, and performance management to promote engagement and a culture of continuous growth and development.
n
+ Develop and mentor HR Managers and leaders through on-boarding, open communication, training, and development opportunities and performance management processes; build and maintain employee engagement; ensure the team is appropriately staffed with required competencies.

+ Drive training and development initiatives and determine training needs. Compile data and analyze past and current training requirements and needs.
n
What you’ll need: n
n
n
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Human Resources Management, or related discipline required. Master’s degree, PHR, or SPHR certification desirable.
n
+ 10+ years relevant HR work experience, preferably in a distribution/manufacturing environment preferred.
n
+ Experience leading HR Teams in support of multi-location businesses and hourly employee populations required.
n
+ Proven experience engaging and directing HR functions and teams and leveraging human capital to strengthen organizational capabilities.
n
+ Proven track record of developing, executing against, and measuring the success of people programs.
n
+ Demonstrated experience leading teams in a constantly changing environment and cultivating relationships across the organization.
n
+ Strong executive consulting and client relationship skills.
n
+ Proven ability to consult with and guide business leaders and teams through organizational change.
n
+ Ability to think strategically, synthesize business data and develop innovative HR solutions that are growth-oriented.
n
+ Advanced to intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
n
+ Experience and strong track record for thriving in fast-paced environments; problem-solving skills are a must.
n
+ Travel requirements – 25%
