Refresh Packaging Looking for Sales Broker at Calgary , Alberta Full Time

Refresh Packaging is the leading compostable packaging service provider specializing in 100% certified compostable bags in Calgary. We manufacture and provide products throughout North America with a possible global marketplace. We are hiring experienced, ambitious, and energetic Sales Brokers that are looking to add our product line to their existing B2B sales to help us grow our clientele to gain market share. We’re looking for a candidate who can efficiently grow our B2B sales, communicate cross-functionally and establish and apply an effective sales strategy for our brand to retailers and distribution channels alike. This is a commission-only position and most suited for candidates that are already selling/brokering products to businesses in different categories with incredible earning potential. Responsibilities

• Research and identify new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services – or new ways of reaching existing market;
• Generate leads and cold call prospective customers;
• Help refine in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition;
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support;
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers;
• Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations;

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field;
• 5 years of Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role;
• Has proven experience working with Procurement and sales to larger corporations;
• Currently working with existing products and sales accounts that complement our offering
• Understands supply chain;
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. Refined ability to negotiate and communicate with persuasion;
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills. Refined ability to negotiate and communicate with persuasion;
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills;
• The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team;
• Experience working to and exceeding targets;
