Job Description:
The role of the Sr Manager, Customer Success Programs is critical in helping to create product success and understand the customer experience. The Sr Manager, Customer Success Programs will engage with customers and consulting partners to understand the experience of implementing newly released Salesforce.org products, validate the implementation process, operational support needs and overall best practices. They will convene a cross-functional team of stakeholders with members from Technology & Products, Alliances, Professional Services, Customer Adoption and Support to define success objectives for each product and drive execution and delivery on those goals, analyze the findings, and make recommendations.
This position requires initiative, enthusiasm, attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to learn quickly, capacity to manage internal and external relationships, and excellent communication skills. You must possess a positive attitude, the ability to switch priorities and maintain grace under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities:
Program delivery, including defining criteria for customer and partner selection, definition of objectives, program timelines and deliverables.
Define metrics for measuring program impact
Manage delivery process for each in-program product, provide reporting and visibility to program status on an ongoing basis, schedule and deliver final program readout including overall learnings and program metrics
Develop strong partnerships with functional leaders to drive focus on program objectives
Oversee teams executing work on behalf of the program to ensure successful completion of deliverables.
Anticipate and remove obstacles and barriers that slow down or prevent teams from delivering on project goals.
Contribute & collaborate on customer and internal facing content
Engage with partner and customer communities to drive customer awareness, enthusiasm and adoption.
Create a collaborative environment that fosters transparency, creativity, innovation, and learning.
Required Skills:
Nonprofit or Higher Education industry experience highly preferred
2+ years experience with Salesforce, preferred
Strong organizational, project management, analysis, and communication skills.
Comfortable bending between the tactical and strategic
Proven ability to influence and coordinate cross-functional teams without formal authority to deliver against program objectives
Ability to work independently and be a self-starter.
