Program Manager / Sr. Program Manager, AppExchange Operations

The Program Manager/Senior Program Manager role will be a crucial member of the AppExchange Operations team, which drives strategic adoption initiatives for Independent Software Vendor (ISV) and OEM/reseller partners. These initiatives are critical to the long-term success of our security, infrastructure, and equality goals.
This role will own and drive the programs around the availability and readiness of these initiatives for our partner ecosystem, including leading company-wide initiatives like Multi-Factor Authentication and Hyperforce. This role requires deep collaboration with our Leadership, Product, Legal, and other partnering organizations across the company.
The right candidate is a self-starter who drives action and results; is comfortable flexing between strategy and execution, demonstrates a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and flexibility.
Primary Responsibilities:
Drive ISV workstreams in company-wide initiatives like Multi-Factor Authentication, Hyperforce, etc. Understand the scope, analyze ISV impact, drive ISV readiness, and enable teams to drive adoption.
Facilitate cross-functional calls, removes blockers, and mitigates project risks maximizing team productivity and ensuring on-time delivery.
Manages, tracks, and provides consolidated reporting on progress. Determine and suggest appropriate courses of action based on findings.
Facilitate communications, partner with Product teams to prepare enablement assets for ISV availability awareness & develop analytics to share data on outcome success.
Qualifications
5+ years experience in the SaaS industry, in a program management role, preferably with marketplaces and/or channels business exposure.
Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills, a confident communicator with the ability to present complex issues and solutions in a clear, concise fashion to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Outstanding executive communication, collaboration, and influencing skills across all levels in the organization.
Ability to work well in a cross-functional, matrix management environment with a highly collaborative, team-oriented approach to problem-solving.
Established ability to successfully define and drive programs with minimal guidance.
Analytical skills to drive insight and summary reports with the ability to use data to identify next steps to reach stated objectives
Salesforce Technology experience preferred
