You will be involved in activities supporting pre-arrival, welcome week and extended induction, as well as delivering pastoral support and advice to students. This role also includes the management of student cases and acts as an escalation route to support students with complex needs who may be a cause for concern and require the support of our wider specialist services. As part of the role you will also be expected to support service projects, business as usual activities and other work which support the development of the team and associated processes.
You should have experience of providing advice and guidance in a student focussed environment, be able to work collaboratively to find solutions to problems and have the ability to handle complex queries.
