As a Sales Recruiter, you will work closely with hiring managers and HR business partners to execute the recruiting needs of the business as it relates to non-exempt and sales roles within the spine division in the field, and at the Leesburg and Allendale locations; anticipate hiring needs and proactively identify recruiting solutions to meet those needs. You will support multiple clients and competing demands to attract qualified candidates and fill open positions while positioning the organization as an “Employer of Choice”.
This job may be performed remotely from anywhere in the United States, except that this job may not be filled or performed in Colorado.
What you will do:
Recruiting-
Partner with hiring manager to determine current and future talent needs.
Compete for top talent with effective recruitment strategies and efficient recruitment processes.
Review candidate applications and conducts initial screening against job qualifications (by phone or in person), administer or schedule appropriate assessments and reference/background checking, and make recommendations for hire (or not hire).
Coordinate interview schedules for on-site and field based interviews including assisting the hiring manger with compiling feedback
Source potential recruits using job search websites and make initial contact with viable candidates personally.
Manage internal transfer process, including communication with other division, screening, coordination of interviews with hiring manager, transfer offer letters, etc.
Build knowledge, skill and confidence to approach, prepare and succeed at behavioral based interviews and train others to do the same.
Prepare employment offers and communicate important employment information during delivery of employment offers (e.g., benefits, compensation, non-compete agreements).
Assists the HR Business Partner with the onboarding process for new hire employees including helping new employees navigate through the Stryker systems and processes.
Assists the HR Business partner with pre-employee onboarding requirements including post acceptance notifications,
May attend job fair, university events or other recruiting venues as requested.
Support continuous improvement opportunities to drive efficiencies.
Compliance-
Ensure recruitment efforts are conducted in a manner that is unbiased and compliant with all applicant tracking, interviewing and hiring best practices, policies and laws.
Partner with leaders to develop job descriptions to ensure compliance and effective sourcing.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors’ Degree from a four-year accredited college or university
4+ years of talent acquisition/recruiting experience is required, experience recruiting for non-exempt and individual contributor level outside sales roles, preferred.
Familiar with candidate attraction and sourcing techniques
