What does a Planning and Revenue Growth Management – Manager do at Swire Coca-Cola? The Corporate Planning Revenue Growth Management Department is looking to fill the position of Manager – Planning & Revenue Growth Management (PRGM) for the Super Market Channel. This position is full-time. In this role, you will be responsible for development & implementation of the Company’s plan to achieve required revenue and gross profit in the large store channel for his/her assigned customer plans and division(s). Responsibilities include:* Work closely with the Large Store Channel Sales team to provide timely, reliable, accurate and relevant analysis of the business.* Specialize in forecasting, analyzing pricing and revenue options to ensure the profitability of all decisions.* Influence strategic business decisions made at national and regional Retail Sales levels.* Maintain customer checkbooks to achieve full year objectives, as well as develop and recommend business solutions for volume opportunities in both bottle/can and fountain and for the development and implementation of revenue management tools throughout the organization.* Working closely in a collaborative manner with cross functional teams throughout the company to achieve business results* Other responsibilities may include sales and financial analysis, research, ad hoc reports, implementation of reporting processes, and special projects as assigned.* Some travel may be required.Basic Requirements:* Bachelor’s degree in business or related field* 5+ years’ work experience in producing sales and financial data to track sales operations, identify trends, develop projections, and create models.* 2+ experience creating financial models (volume to gross profit or other P&L modeling)* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced excel and analytic/reporting suite tools* Comfortable presenting financial results and projections to internal and external audiences* Knowledge of sales and business processes, forecasting and planning* Demonstrated skills – organizational, problem solving, interpersonal, influence, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, and work independently* Leadership skills, project management skills, training skills and presentation skills.* Technical skills, data analysis skills, knowledge of sales and pricing processesPreferred:* Experience in the consumer goods industry (CPG) in finance, sales or marketing with a strong preference to experience in beverage.* RGM (Revenue Growth Management) principles* Understanding of Large Store Channel business processes and… For full info follow application link.
