Job Responsibilities
- Type in data and codes required to process information
- Retrieve, confirm and update data in storage
- Maintain records of data input
- Maintain logs of messages to and from computers
- Observe screen to detect malfunction
- Operate equipment within prescribed standards
- Detect errors by the use of verifying procedures and make changes as instructed
- May transcribe data from source material into computer-compatible format
- Comply with all Swissport’s standard operating procedures (SOPs) and policies
- Ensure all safety and security processes and procedures are complied with at all times
- Other duties and assignments as requested by the manager
Qualifications and Competencies:

One to four years of experience

High school Diploma or equivalent
-
Must be proficient in entering tickets into the FICAS system

Excellent organization and follow up skills
-
Attention to detail/Data Entry
-
Ability to provide analytical data and trend analysis
-
Ability to perform data entry in a timely manner
-
Must be flexible to work operative schedules such as overnight, weekends and holidays
