What You’ll Do for Us:
PROJECT WORK/REPORTING
Maintain record and documentation for key initiatives in the Company, acting as liaison with appropriate internal stakeholders, tracking changes to ensure accuracy and preparation of required approval documentation in timely manner.
Be point of contact for the Corporate Development Deal Management System (DMS) in Salesforce that contains all active and historical projects, provide guidance and assistance on data input and management. Review bi-monthly project status report and prepare other ad-hock reports as requested for delivery to key stakeholders.
Track and record unsolicited opportunities & work collaboratively with the scouting team to identify appropriate reporting and dissemination processes.
Support preparation of department rolling estimate to ensure accurate budget forecasting, monitor monthly project spend, troubleshoot inconsistencies, and maintain tracker spreadsheet liaising with Tax and Legal.
Lead complex project assignments and coordinate teams for projects as directed.
Project Management: The ability to develop a budget management with routines to inform all stakeholders and lead the end-to-end process. This includes budget management coordination, creating budget timelines and tracking its key deliverable dates, giving budget updates to Corp Dev Leaders, wrapping up financial cycles with post analyzing budget summaries, gathering learnings.
Create and format presentations using Excel, PowerBI, PowerPoint and ThinkCell. Collection as well as preparation of statistical data and graphs using Globaldata & Euromonitor. Prepare complex reports, confidential correspondence, and files maintaining strict confidentiality on highly sensitive matters.
Organize monthly team meetings. Update all project tracking information (i.e., spreadsheets, calendars) to keep team members informed.
TRAINING/KNOWLEDGE TRANSFER
Onboarding: Organize and deliver on-boarding sessions for new hires, providing training on team databases and other tools/resources utilized by the team and ensuring smooth integration to the team.
Build knowledge of relevant resources and services and new technology available within the company; Conduct demonstrations and learning sessions using business knowledge and/or automated tools to team and partners.
Streamline processes when possible to automate/optimize the group’s ways of working and create/ update process maps for teams to follow such as how to complete fields in Salesforce, to ensure the team works effectively and efficiently and follows best practices.
Provides knowledge transfer to the team; support and guidance to Corp Dev intern, building skills and knowledge while mentoring through basic projects.
ADMINSTRATIVE ACTIVITIES
Provide support to global Corporate Development team by managing domestic and international travel arrangements including preparing and submitting expense reports, visa requirements and meeting logistics.
Coordinating board duties and commitments, handling communications at all levels with global, regional, local, and corporate key stakeholders.
Provide support to invoice processing, vendor creation/management using SAP.
Research and resolve issues for customers, business partners and Company associates to expedite service, installations or orders using information systems
Qualifications & Requirements:
2+ years related work experience
MSOffice skills including strong Excel skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
