Role Description

This is a contract role for a Graduate Architectural Designer. As a Graduate Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for contributing to the design and development of residential developments from initial viability assessment through to construction. This is an on-site role located in Auckland.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field
• Proficiency in ArchiCAD, Sketchup, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D modeling software
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A strong passion for design, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in residential and mixed-use development preferred
• A strong portfolio showcasing design skills and experience
