The new team members position and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Providing friendly, excellent customer-service oriented attitude and possess good phone / email expertise to our customers
· Answering and forwarding phone calls within the main switchboard – multi lines
· Enter phone and online orders into our computer systems-Enter address and gift card data using label and shipping software
· Merchandising products and re-stock shelves, good sense of color coordinating, neatness, and balance
· Entering Weekly/Monthly Inventories and Orders
· Deal with all aspects of shipping orders ie. boxing orders up, assigning couriers, EShippers, Door Dash
· Complete all the daily tasks required for working in a front desk environment as assigned and Keep work area clean including sweeping, sanitizing, decluttering desk during and at end of shift.
· Assisting customers and taking orders in person, cold calling, POS systems, using Word and entering data into our computer systems, entering inventory into our computer system, suggesting options for different occasions- and assisting corporate clients with decisions for holiday orders
· Using and maintain main email to access, correspond, print and process online orders, sending invoices, quotes, and correspondence, Follow up calls and emails to leads with fantastic grammar, Customer care experience
· Creating Excel spreadsheets, Word Documents, and Labels, as well as maintenance of documents
· Maintainer of product inventory of online catalogue as well as in the stores
· Weekly Bank Deposit and Store Sales Numbers
· Ability to work in fast paced environment
· Daily Stand Ups
· Possess effective time management, Able to meet deadlines, Work well as part of a team, Problem solving and management skills, Creative and outgoing, Ability to work quickly and accurately, Able to work independently, Able to follow instructions, Strong work ethic with a positive, energetic approach to work
– Suggesting options for different occasions- and assisting corporate clients with decisions for holiday orders
– Must have problem solving and management skills
– Minimum 2-3 years customer service experience

Salary: $38,000.00-$43,000.00 per year
