The Quality Assurance Supervisor/DriveCam, under the direction of the Safety & Training Manager, will be responsible forDriveCam Program Oversite and Q/A Video Program Administration
Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
DriveCam Program Oversite
Review Daily DriveCam Coachable Events
Conduct Appropriate DriveCam Event coaching with Operators
Analyze DriveCam Division Performance
Create individual Operator Action Plans to address DriveCam performance issues
Coordinate DriveCam Action plan Retraining & Evaluations
Create Division wide DriveCam performance mitigation programs
Monitor DriveCam Camera systems on all buses and submit applicable service requests
Q/A Video Program Administration
Police Requests
MTS Requests
CS Requests
Internal Operations Requests
Internal Safety Requests
Review TransTrack Daily Activity for events Requiring video securement
Download or obtain all applicable Daily Required videos
Review and Summarize all applicable Daily Required videos
Monitor all Daily requests for video securement
Download or obtain all applicable Daily Requested videos
Review and Summarize all applicable Daily Requested videos
Save all daily Required and Requested videos in applicable Operator folders on the shared drive.
Upload all daily Required and Requested videos on the MTS shared drive.
Monitor Apollo Camera systems on all buses and submit applicable service requests
This position coordinates all safety education programs for the property
Conducts and coordinates all driver training activities including initial training and retraining, utilization and supervision of Driver Trainers and the Driver Training Program.
Assist with Classroom training and Behind the Wheel Training in the absence of designated trainers.
Assist the Safety and Training Manager in reporting incidents and subrogating collisions.
Respond to and investigate accidents/incidents to include taking photos of accident/incident scene, interviewing involved parties, and assisting with police reports.
Coordinates Safety Meetings and oversees Drive Program.
Coordinates and ensures compliance with the substance abuse testing program using Federal and Company standards.
Maintains personnel and qualification files pertaining to new hire, training, safety and loss matters.
Interviews potential drivers and gives recommendation as to whether to hire that person.
Coordinates employee return to work with Human Resource Department.
Qualifications
Education, Licensing, and Certifications :
High school diploma or equivalent, such as GED, required
Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
Must have Class B or higher Commercial Driver’s License with Passenger endorsement.
Must be able to obtain and maintain DOT Physical examination.
Experience :
Two (2) years of supervisory experience.
Any combination of education and experience equivalent to one (1) year of Fixed Route Transit specific service in the transportation industry, preferably with training experience
Driver training experience preferred
Skills and Knowledge Required:
Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. Bilingual communication skills are a plus
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Experience with word processing, spreadsheets, Internet software, e-mail, and/or database software preferred.
Ability to follow written or verbal instructions
Ability to organize and prioritize tasks
Ability to manage time and work with minimum supervision
Good interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate well via the written word or verbally
Ability to maintain a flexible attitude and approach to assignments
Must be able to read a map and possess knowledge of the service area.
Must be able to work flexible hours. You may be called in to work after hours, weekends and holidays.
Must be able to operate the company vehicle without the use of DOT prohibited adaptations
Proven interpersonal skills dealing with the public required
Must be able to conceptualize process flow in establishing policies and procedures
Must be able to communicate effectively with clients, providers and make public presentations
Pre-Employment Requirements:
You must be able to pass a drug test and a criminal background check.

Physical Requirements:
70% of work is accomplished indoors and in air conditioned or well ventilated facilities.
30% of work is accomplished outside or in a vehicle.
Performs physical activities that require considerable use of the arms, repetitive hand-wrist motion, and legs and moving the whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling of passengers and materials
While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently works in outside weather conditions. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals and vibrations
Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds
Must be able to operate the company vehicle without the use of DOT prohibited adaptations
