Education Project Coordinator
Grade UE06 – £28,756 to £33,309 per annum

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Project Coordinator to work closely with the Education team to provide project coordination and professional services support to the EFI Education Project.
The Opportunity:
The Edinburgh Futures Institute (EFI) is developing an ambitious and innovative undergraduate and postgraduate taught portfolio. The portfolio will be highly interdisciplinary, forge new territory in student flexibility through a combination of online and offline teaching, and be highly engaged and co-produced with non-academic partners (government, community, industry). It will educate students for complex futures in which computational data, critical understanding and creative methods are essential to employability and the ability to take a confident place in the world.
The postholder will assist in the development and implementation of EFI’s procedures and guidance for taught programme governance and administration, plan and deliver market research activities to support EFI in designing educational programmes that meet the needs of external stakeholders and prospective students, and support strategic planning for the EFI Education project through the provision of data, reports, desk-based research and monitoring the delivery of operational and action plans.
The post is fixed term until 31st July 2023. Secondments will be considered for internal candidates.
