As the Employee Referral Program (ERP) Associate, you are given an opportunity to manage the strategy and execution of VMware’s Employee Referral Program. You will have opportunities to strategize with Talent Acquisition and business leaders on how to best fill roles via referrals. You will own the process of launching employee referral campaigns, managing stakeholder engagement, and referral vendor management. You will also be responsible for ERP vendor management, which will include contract renewal and integration.
Success in the Role: What are the performance outcomes over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing?
The primary objective of this position is to manage the Employee Referral Program and referral campaigns.
Within the first month, you will own and execute the referral campaign process and monitor the success of all ongoing campaigns.
Within the first three months, you will support the referral vendor migration to a new platform. This will include setting and maintaining project deadlines, communicating with stakeholders, and partnering with the vendor for a smooth integration.
You will also be responsible for measuring and assessing the success of campaigns and providing insights for optimization of campaigns.

As part of the Talent Acquisition Experience team, you will
Manage referral campaign requests from intake through campaign launch to the business. This includes working with various HR stakeholders on communications, intranet content, and updating the referral vendor for the specifics of the campaign.
Support the management of the ERP vendor migration project. Maintain the project plan, timeline, deliverables, and weekly meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
Serve as a point of contact within TA for the ERP
Measure and analyze the success of referral campaigns and report to TA Leadership quarterly.
Analyze program effectiveness and regularly assess for process improvement

The core team, scattered across the US, Canada, and Ireland is made up of Candidate and Hiring Manager Experience program managers, the Employment Brand & Social Media teams, and Internal Marketplace recruiters. The team works flexible hours, arranging schedules to fit their needs and taking consideration for meetings with global colleagues.
Where is this role located?
Remote: This role is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from the location you feel most productive and comfortable. You will be expected to work Pacific Time, Mountain Time, or Central Time zone hours.
