About the Role:

The Front End Developer at Xurrent will be a key contributor to our user-facing application, ensuring it is visually appealing, intuitive, and responsive. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop innovative user interfaces that enhance user experience and drive customer satisfaction. Your mission will be to create seamless and engaging web interfaces that align with our product vision.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop user interfaces for web applications, ensuring they are visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive.
• Collaborate with UX designers to transform design concepts into functional and interactive web interfaces.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Collaborate with back-end engineers to integrate front-end components with back-end systems.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality, consistency, and best practices.
• Optimize front-end components for maximum speed and scalability.
• Stay updated on emerging front-end technologies, trends, and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve front-end defects and issues reported by users or the QA team.
• Contribute to the documentation of front-end development processes and standards.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with an understanding of front-end frameworks such as React.
• Knowledge of ruby and rails is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a passion for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including UX designers, back-end engineers, and QA testers.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Adaptable and open to learning new technologies and tools as needed.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality front-end solutions.
