We are growing and looking for a/an JOB TITLE to join our GROUP Organization, working REMOTE/HYBRID/ONSITE in our LOCATION. TOP LEVEL DESCRIPTION – 1-2 Sentences

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop, analyze, modify, and execute the Wave Plan to confirm ship schedules are met for all sales channels while maintaining a level workload of activity across all shipping departments.

• Completes the waves in D365 system to include fixing wave shortages.

• Complete and send out end-of-day performance reports and outbound delivery order status.

• Prioritize daily schedule and create reports as needed to monitor, track, and measure performance at all levels.

• Collaborate with various departments and sales channels throughout the organization to steer requests in the right direction and/or to obtain correct information for support purposes.

• Work closely with inventory teams to ensure inventory integrity when replacement product is needed to fill orders.

• Provide basic information to customer service to meet customer requirements, follow up on order status, and provide timely and correct feedback.

• Resolve problem orders created through the waving process in a timely manner to ensure orders are completed on time.

• Assist outbound associates in resolving issues with orders by answering questions, investigating problems, and coordinating with other functional groups as needed.

• Perform other job-related duties assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Ability to accurately read and interpret multi-digit alpha numeric part numbers and differentiate between similar products quickly to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Work independently with minimal supervision and consistently meet performance expectations.

• Proficient in completing moderately complex assignments that require critical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.

• Intermediate computer skills, including ability to accurately enter data, run reports and investigate issues in an automated ERP system. (Competent operating within excel and Outlook).

• Requires the ability to lift at least, but not limited to 50 lbs.

• Ability to stand for long periods of time at a work- station.

• Strong communication skills.
