We are seeking a talented Remote Receptionist, with 2+ years of customer service experience to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Work schedule:
• 8AM – 6PM. (UK) / 2AM – 12PM CST (with 1 hour unpaid lunch break) OR
• 6PM to 4AM. (UK) / 12PM – 10PM CST (with 1 hour unpaid lunch break)
• Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
• Assisting clients in finding their way around the office.
• Announcing clients as necessary.
• Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs.
• Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, and making travel plans.
• Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
• Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.
• Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
• Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.
• Sorting and distributing email.
• Scheduling appointments.

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a receptionist or customer service role.
• Consistent, professional dress, and manner. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Good time management skills.
• Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
• Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.
• Must possess your own Windows laptop/desktop that meets the following minimum qualifications:
• Processor: Core i5 or higher
• RAM: 8GB or higher
• Must have a reliable internet connection with the following bandwidth requirements:
• Minimum Download Speed: 6 Mbps
• Minimum Upload Speed: 5 Mbps
