21st Mortgage Corporation is a full service lender specializing in manufactured and mobile home loans. We originate and service a variety of loans to borrowers from manufactured home retailers, mortgage brokers and directly to consumers all over the USA.

Job Description

Service Desk Technician: Install, configure, and troubleshoot windows based computer hardware and software and peripherals. Administer system accounts. Troubleshoot network connectivity issues. Perform IT Service Desk phone support for users on premises and remote locations. In addition to normal job duties Help Desk Technicians will be paid to train using out CBT System.

Required Skills

Must have experience supporting computers, network, and infrastructure technology. Must be customer service minded and a self-starter. This position requires multitasking and ability to work in a fast paced environment. Good organizational skills are required. This position requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Must be available for on-call support one week a month on nights and weekends.

Desired Skills

Minimum 6 month’s equivalent experience supporting computer hardware and software applications. Network infrastructure knowledge a plus.

Educational Requirements

High School Diploma, College credits in IT and/or computer related certifications preferred.
