One of our Finance team is heading off on Parental Leave and we are looking for someone to come onboard who has an upbeat attitude, is an enthusiastic team player and most importantly, has a willingness to work collaboratively to deliver outstanding results. This is a 9 month, full-time, fixed term contract that is a busy role, and as a crucial member of the Accounts team, you will need to be IT savvy, quick to pick up new systems and seek to improve existing ones. You will have proven experience in Accounts Payable, credit control and finance administration. Previous experience with payroll administration and NetSuite experience would be preferred, but it’s not essential.

Skills and Experiences:

Do you have:

• A minimum of two years of Assistant Accountant experience in New Zealand
• A friendly, and communicative personality with the ability to build rapport across the business
• Experience in AR, AP, credit control and finance administration
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines
• Intermediate level skills in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
