A concierge position requires a passion for people and dedication to providing superior customer service at all times within a luxury, active adult, residential setting. The concierge position is often demanding and fast-paced, requiring excellent time management and problem-solving skills. On a daily basis, the concierge will interact with residents and guests from varied backgrounds and walks of life, and therefore an amicable personality and unflappable disposition are a must for a successful concierge.

Working as a Concierge means that your focus is to ensure the needs and requests of residents are met and that each resident has a memorable 5-star, community-living experience. The concierge must make an effort to develop relationships with residents, guests and professionals supporting the community.

Position Responsibilities

· As the face of 55 Resort, the concierge must demonstrate superior customer service
at all times and a genuine desire to serve the Active Adult Community.

· Warmly greets and directs residents and guests arriving to or departing from the
property.

· Works with enthusiasm while multi-tasking through out the day.

· Adheres to company standards for resident and guest services.

· Undertakes administrative tasks related to the community as requested.

· Ensures that resident and guest concerns are resolved in a professional and timely
manner. Reports to the Executive Director to assist with resolution.

· Maintains a professional demeanor and polished appearance at all times.

· Follows safety procedures and maintains a safe work environment.

· Performs other job-related duties as directed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.50 – $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Weekend availability

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
