The Role
As the Customer Success Manager, you will be working with AECO (Architecture, Engineering, Construction & Operations) professionals and organisations to understand their projects and products. The company is dominant in the public sector and need a customer success manager to look after these accounts! The team are realistic about what success looks like in your first 12 months so will work with you to set your targets.

About you
You’re not an absolute tech nerd but you do have a strong interest in software and can easily operate the Microsoft suite along with CRMs. You may have worked in the AECO industry or have exposure to facilities and asset management and would love to see how the techie aspect works. You love a yarn but love smashing KPIs even more. You’re focused, target-driven and keen to make your mark in this company’s very successful history. Your USP is the ability to build lasting, trustworthy relationships with everyone you meet.
