The Role
As the Customer Success Manager, you will be working with AECO (Architecture, Engineering, Construction & Operations) professionals and organisations to understand their projects and products. The company is dominant in the public sector and need a customer success manager to look after these accounts! The team are realistic about what success looks like in your first 12 months so will work with you to set your targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor the end users in the effective use and administration of the SaaS product
• Develop and maintain relationships with the end-users
• Provide solid support to end-users mainly over the phone but can include on-site visits
• Assist the sales team with closing sales and maximise utilisation of their suite of SaaS offerings
• Report to the management team with relevant information and feedback regarding Customer Accounts and their experience with the software
• Obtain regular feedback from Customers

About you
You’re not an absolute tech nerd but you do have a strong interest in software and can easily operate the Microsoft suite along with CRMs. You may have worked in the AECO industry or have exposure to facilities and asset management and would love to see how the techie aspect works. You love a yarn but love smashing KPIs even more. You’re focused, target-driven and keen to make your mark in this company’s very successful history. Your USP is the ability to build lasting, trustworthy relationships with everyone you meet.

Key Skills/Qualities

• 2+ years’ experience with SaaS/B2B experience in New Zealand is a must
• Good tenure in roles
• Desire to embrace and learn new technology
• Have great attention to detail including with content, briefs, reporting and communications
• Professional and clear written and verbal communication skills – a positive and enthusiastic approach to communicating
• Superb time management skills and the ability to balance multiple deadlines
• Business or Commerce qualification desirable but we encourage other backgrounds to apply also
