Our comprehensive benefits package also includes company-sponsored life insurance; 401k with company match; short- and long-term disability programs; tuition assistance; professional development assistance;paid vacation days in your first year of employment;ten paid holidays in a calendar year; and employee discounts.We are a drug-free facility and require all employees to pass a drug screen and background check.What You Will Be Responsible ForTroubleshoot and repair injection molding equipmentPerform preventive and predictive maintenance procedures for molding and auxiliary equipmentMaintain auxiliary equipment including mold temperature controllers, material dryers, compressors, conveyors and material loadersMaintain building safety and appearance including painting, utilities and ventilationMaintain building plumbing including waste and process plumbingAssemble and install new equipmentFabricate parts from drawings or measurementsAssist in recordkeeping and documentation required by our Maintenance Management SystemAssist in organizing and maintaining a clean, safe functional maintenance work areaWhat You Will Bring3 years of related work experience in a manufacturing environment is preferredHS Diploma or GED requiredStrong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitudeExperience with industrial electricity, pneumatic and hydraulic systemsExperience with injection molding machines and tooling is preferredMachining experience, especially on a CNC machine, is preferredPLC & Drive troubleshooting and programming is a plusElectrical, Welding, Plumbing, or other certifications/licenses are a plusA.
