Manager – Home Care Acquisitions
The position will be located in our Overland Park office. This manager will oversee the Home Care Acquisition Managers (HCAMs) who are responsible for signing strategic, high value home care providers into the A Place for Mom provider network. This team is key to our success by ensuring we have the right home care providers in each market to handle all of our referral needs and thus increasing the number of referred leads to select providers in our network. The Manager will be evaluated on a goal of signed target home care providers for the entire team each quarter.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team to drive company results. The Manager will hire the best in class sales talent, drive KPI’s that will deliver outcomes while motivating the team to achieve organizational goals. This role requires a combination of analytical and sales skills, commitment to delivering a seamless customer experience, while working cross functionally with home care agencies and APFM departments, to maximize outcomes and drive company success.

Lead, manage and develop a high performing results driven sales team via recruitment, training, coaching and motivating.
Develop plans and strategies to optimize results.
Utilize video conferencing to conduct internal and external business meetings.
Provide strong dynamic leadership that mentors, develops and guides team members to efficiently leverage the value of every call.
Achieve and exceed sales results quarterly to achieve company goals.
Keeps in excellent communication and reports to Senior Manager, Customer Acquisitions and prepares reports of weekly accomplishments and achievement of goals.
Home Office Requirements (if not working from the Overland Park office)
This position will be based out of our Overland Park office. This position also requires you to have a designated home office space, allowing for privacy during working hours, as well as a high speed internet connection.
It is expected that the Manager will manage a daily schedule that is free from distractions and interruptions. Taking care of children or audible pets is not permissible during work hours when working from home.
You will be provided with a laptop fully loaded with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Five9, access to our CRM system and VPN so that you may connect to our intranet.
Compensation:
The position earns a base pay with uncapped bonus potential.
The Position is a salaried, exempt position.

5+ years of experience in account management and/or senior living sales management
Bachelor’s degree required
A personal sense of urgency and capacity to overcome obstacles.
A high level of enthusiasm for building a business.
Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities/projects.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
An excellent problem solver.
Highly organized.
Comfortable with data tracking, analysis and CRM tools.
