A-Star Staffing Hiring for Data Entry Coordinator at San Diego, CA Full Time

Established, family-owned business located in beautiful Mission Bay is seeking a Data Coordinator for their team – immediate opening!

In business for over 25 years with hundreds of happy customers and a waterfront office (literally!), enjoy working at the marina with a team that provides storage and repair for San Diego boat owners.

JOB DUTIES include, but not limited to:

• Extract and compile data for management reports
• Perform data requests in a timely manner
• Maintain data integrity and security
• Transforming or transferring data upon request
• Communicate data reports to owners and or clients when necessary
• Light phone work
• Assist staff with other office related tasks as needed

QUALIFICATIONS include, but not limited to:

• Minimum 2 years office experience, including experience with database administration
• Strong communication skills – verbal & written – with ability to compose correspondence
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, experience with SharePoint a plus
• Ability to multi-task in a hectic, busy setting, be highly organized, take direction yet also work independently
• High School diploma required (or equivalency of)
• Must be able to pass Drug screen and Background check

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Full-time position paying $20.00 per hour, with generous benefits upon Full-time hire including Medica/Dental/Vision insurance, 401K, and PTO. Temp/probationary period is approx 3 months (with intent of Full-time hire thereafter).

LOCATION & SHIFT:

Onsite position located in Mission Bay. Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm shift
