A&A Marine Foods Hiring for Administrative Assistant Job at Mississauga Full Time

A&A Marine & Drydock is a fish processing plant located in Blenheim, ON. Our second location is in Leamington known as Point Pelee Fresh Fish. Currently our Blenheim plant is looking for friendly and motivated individuals that work well as a team or can work independently if required. The positions are considered full time, seasonal work and are dependent on weather conditions. Hours of work vary from day to day so a flexible schedule is desired.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Clerical Duties including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents
• Manage a large email inbox
• Allocating purchase orders to service technicians
• Data Entry into accounting software package including accounts payable invoices
• Excel Spreadsheet Data Entry
• Order Stationary/office supplies
• Filing, Scanning and email of invoices
• Provide administrative support for operations & management team.
