Part-time Clerical Staff are essential to maintain the movement of freight throughout the system.
Essential Job Duties:
The Part Time Clerical Staff will perform administrative tasks to assist the operation which, includes but not limited to, driver check in, manifesting trailers, billing, closing out of trailers, ensure trailers with hazardous materials are properly labeled.
Job Requirements:
- Knowledge and experience in the transportation industry
- Must have the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- High School education or equivalent
- Knowledge of Excel and Other Microsoft Office Products
- Good, tactful communications skills-verbal and written
- Self-motivated and positive attitude
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Be able to work with little or no supervision
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 – $16.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
Work Location: One location
