AAA Dispatchers provide high quality customer service using computerized dispatching, GPS, mapping software, and phones in our state of the art building. AAA Dispatchers work collaboratively as a team, maximizing service delivery by consistently contacting members with updates and resolving escalated issues in a professional manner. Additionally, you will work directly with contractors to ensure optimum service delivery, troubleshoot road service issues, update statuses and provide information for dispatched calls.

Candidates must be reliable, enthusiastic, and flexible to work swing and weekend shifts.
