I’m looking for someone who can work with their team to help providers get paid for the services they provide nation-wide within the ABA community.

. Requirements:

Requirements to qualify for this role:

• At least 2 years in a supervisory role within the healthcare industry (preferred ABA or Behavioral Health)
• At least 2 additional years within the healthcare field performing full revenue cycle management (preferred ABA or Behavioral Health).
• Experience with Excel reporting including pivot tables

Job Duties Include:

• Lead, manage, retain, and hold team members accountable
• Demonstrate all leadership obsessions from Accountability Chart.
• Coach, mentor, and train team members based on ABAB Way and established processes.
• Work collaboratively with RCM Strategy Director to execute on the vision and business plan
• Ensure execution of core processes, analyze workflows for efficiency and improvement
• Remove obstacles and barriers, aid in diagnosing root cause of non-payment
• Ensure successful relationship of direct reports with agencies by reviewing agency benchmark data
• Embody resourcefulness to actively remain informed of industry best practices
• Responsible for partnering with HR for successful onboarding new hires (day 1-90)
• Responsible for routine health of the account audits; recording of results and plan of action developed for areas of improvement.
• Maintain accurate monitoring methods to ensure deadlines are being met consistently.
• Manage team schedules to ensure coverage on all accounts, including planning for coverage during scheduled absences.
• Maintain regular documentation of direct reports performance and results from audits to provide written feedback in scheduled 1:1, quarterlies, and annual reviews.
• Take ownership to resolve escalated issues from direct reports and agencies.
