Working within the Electrification, Distributions Solutions Service Team in Ireland, you will be responsible for Install Base Management and implementing Service products marketing strategies in line with global product strategy. Reporting to the Service Sales Manager, you will coordinate sales and operational activities, events and market research to meet business goals and increase market share.

Your responsibilities

• Implementing the local go-to–market product marketing strategy and all marketing activities.
• Responsible for customer Install base data base – ServIS / MyABB. Rolling out the MyABB platform to customers.
• Working closely with the Services Sales Team to identify and develop opportunities.
• Life Cycle Management – Identifying opportunity through Life Cycle Analysis.
• Responsible for the Customer Complaints Resolution Process.
• After Sales Technical/Contractual Support.
• Develop a training matrix for Service Engineers driving continuous improvement.
• Supporting the sales and operation function in achieving set targets set by Division Lead.
• Evaluating and sharing customer research, market conditions and studies of other companies.
• Driving sales efficiency by delivering appropriate product knowledge information and training (technical and sales) for the sales team

Your background

• >5 years of experience in Electrical Services, working as a Product Marketing Specialist or equivalent role.
• Demonstrated experience working with enterprise resource planning and standard operating procedures.
• A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Degree or relevant technical electrical qualification preferred.
• Knowledge of the customer & market segment.
• Knowledge of ABB’s offerings of products and services.
• Strategic thinker.
• Creative approach to developing new business.
• Impact and influence.
• Focused on delivering results.
