In this role, you will perform various product, system or service life cycle activities supporting development, launch, maintenance, pricing, and profitability for ring main units, compact substations, and related digital solutions for Electrification business area in Henderson, New Zealand.
Reporting to the Product Market Manager, you will be collaborating with internal teams (i.e Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Research & Development, Supply Chain, Logistics, and sales) to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction for both local and export markets.

• Supporting the product, services and digital applications development from project specification to market launch.
• Participates in determining sales targets for sales force and delivering new product services and digital application training to internal teams and customers.
• Collaborating to define marketing plans and tools in order to promote sales activities and preparing marketing tools and related process support to support the business and the sales organizations.
• Preparing various analyses by market, product and competitors. Collaborates with internal teams to share data as needed.
• Proposing new product, services and digital applications development or enhancements in order to offer suitable and unique solutions to customer needs.
• Contributing to the definition of new products, services and digital applications by providing specific expertise.

• 5 years application engineering in a sales and marketing environment with a supplier or manufacturing interface.
• Experience in medium voltage distribution networks and application of switchgear including monitoring and control solutions.
• Proficient with MS office suit, Excel; SAP, demonstrated negotiation and communication skills.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification(s) is preferred.
