Abbott Laboratories Hiring for Quality Engineer Job at Singapore , Singapore Full Time

• Responsible for the development of validation protocols and related documentation with external vendors and internal customers.
• Manage the change control and CAPA process/system to ensure timely release of batches with no overdue actions.
• Ensure timely execution of the Validation Master Plan (VMP).
• Provide consultation and direction to the plant in relation to all validation and CAPA matters.
• Ensure compliance to validation and CAPA policies through training, management of communications and internal reviews.
• Conduct risk assessments relating to manufacturing systems.
• Participate in internal audit program and ensure full compliance to all policies and standards.
• Drive and implement continuous improvements to enhance operations and participate in related QA and other cross-functional projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor in Chemical Engineering or related Engineering discipline
• Fresh Graduates welcomed to apply
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in Validation/QA preferably in food, pharma or medical device industry
• Knowledge of GMP in food/pharmaceutical manufacturing. Knowledge of HACCP and ISO systems would be preferred.
• Knowledge in food engineering, thermal heat processing and fluid flow characterization, as well as experience in a dairy/nutritional industry, would be advantageous.
• Team player with initiative, drive, problem solving skills, good communication skills and a strong command of written English.
